About pawn
For first customers
Follow Public Pawn-shop Act and Antique Dealings Act, we need some form of identification as ID. We make a copy of your driver license, passport, alien registration card or insurance card. We keep customer’s information strictly according to law and avoid leaking information illegally unless we receive a request from public agency such as police or court. There is a possibility that we may inform our service information by e-mail or mail. According to Prefectural Ordinance of Juvenile Protection, we do not permit the use under 18 years old.

If an item is pawned for a loan, within a certain contractual period of time the pawner may purchase it back for the amount of the loan plus some agreed-upon amount for interest.
The amount of time, and rate of interest by our policies. If the loan is not paid within the time period, the pawned item will be offered for sale and you do not have to pay lons.

We assesses an item for its condition and marketability to determaine the ceiling amount of the loan amount. If is is not your desired amount, there is no problem to bring your item back.
For a first custmer, it is required to show your ID (driver licence, passport, alien registration card or insurance card.)
The safekeeping term is 3 month
After 3 month passed, the item's ownership transfer to our shop.
As long as you pay the interest, safekeeping term have extended.

The method of interest calculation is on a monthly basis
a monthly basis means the term from the day we receive to the next month day calculate as 1 month.
★ we do not discount by the day.
★whenever you pay loan and return to reclaim your item within a month, it cost 1 month interest.
★paying the interest require the number of passing month. If it passed 3 month, it is required 3 month interest.
Ex)In case you put a item in pawn on 10th of January, the term of transfering ownership is after 3 month later 10th of April.
Untill 10th of April even if you do not come to the shop, this ownership do not transfer. After 10th of April, the property of this item transfer to our shop.
If you need this item, you can extend the term by paying the interests.
From January 10th( in pawn) to February 10th (1month interest)
→from February 10th to March 10th (2month interest)
→from March 10th to April 10th (3month interest)
→April 11th（transfer ownership)
How to return the item
You can return the item by payment of interest and principal at the same time.
Transfer the ownership
In case a custmer do not come to the shop after 3 month, we will treat with it. At that time, we will not inform (phone, mail) you.
Pawn ticket
Please keep the pawn ticket in a safe place to exchange for return the item or extend the term. If you lost the ticket, please inform us immediately.
"in case you do not have the pawn ticket"
please show your ID to return a safekeeping item. At the time you come to the store, we will back the item after identifying and receive a sign on the receipt.
extraordinary accident
Without reasons attributable to the pwnshop and custmers,in case pawn shop loses possession of the pawn items, pawn shop can not require loan and custmer can not require the pawn item,too.
paying loan and giving the pawn ticket, the deal is done.
